Austrian Airlines brings back the Flying Chef

From April, Austrian Airlines will - in collaboration with its catering partner DO & CO - be reintroducing its popular Flying Chef service. The Flying Chef will appear gradually in Business Class cabins on long haul routes.

It's been three years since the airline retained Flying Chefs but starting in April, chefs employed by DO &CO will offer a complete gourmet experience to passengers in Business Class. Besides the professional preparation of innovative dishes from all around the world, DO & CO and Austrian Airlines focus on the use of regional high-quality products.

The Flying Chef is BACK!

“With our crews’ unique charm and an unforgettable gourmet experience we want to offer our guests a high-end service with a special Austrian touch," explains Austrian Airlines CCO Michael Trestl "finally the Flying Chefs by DO & CO will be part of our Business Class product on long-haul flights again.”
