Malaysia Airlines has announced the introduction of a luxurious private terminal transfer service for its passengers.
This exclusive service, a collaboration with BMW, will facilitate premium transfers between the Main Terminal Building and the Satellite Building at KLIA Terminal 1.
Starting from 1st February, Malaysia Airlines Enrich Platinum, Business Suite, and Business Class passengers will be chauffeured in the all-electric BMW i7. This 24-hour service, which is sustainable and exclusive to Malaysia Airlines' passengers, complements the existing Premium Bus transfer offered by the airport operator during the aerotrain service's temporary suspension.
Initially, a fleet of BMW i7 vehicles will cater to departing passengers, with pickups at Gate G1 of the Main Terminal Building. Plans are underway to expand this service to arriving passengers, coinciding with the opening of a new arrival lounge at the Satellite Building.
This premium service is designed to provide passengers with a bespoke experience, ensuring privacy and comfort without the need to share rides. Each vehicle accommodates individual travellers, couples, or families of up to four members, ensuring a seamless, comfortable, and personalised journey that enhances the overall customer experience.
