Qatar Airways has opened a second lounge and a dedicated check-in area for its elite flyers at Heathrow’s Terminal 4. The all-new Frequent Flyer Lounge at T4 is the first built outside Qatar Airways’ headquarters in Doha. It heralds an enhanced passenger experience for eligible travellers as Qatar Airways responds to the growing demand for international travel.
Located one floor below Qatar’s First Class and Business Class Premium Lounge, on Level 2 opposite Gate 6, the Frequent Flyer Lounge opens daily between 5 a.m. and 10 p.m. Welcome guests include Qatar Airways Privilege Club Platinum and Gold members and Oneworld Sapphire and Emerald members – British Airways, American Airlines, Iberia, Alaska Airlines, Finnair, Cathay Pacific, JAL, Malaysia Airlines, and Qantas.
The new lounge boasts a modern interior with high-end finishings, a hot and cold buffet selection, and views across the tarmac.
Following the recent reopening of the Premium Lounge – complete with elegant seating, family areas, a business centre, a martini lounge, fine à la carte dining and causal buffet-style cuisine – Qatar Airways have further elevated the elite passenger experience by revealing a new enclosed premium check-in area for First and Business Class travellers.
Passengers can now lounge in comfort and sip a refreshing beverage within the private check-in lobby area as staff complete check-in formalities before effortlessly transferring to the welcoming Premium Lounge.
