Türkiye's flag carrier has unveiled new Business Class menus on its domestic and international routes.
The airline - working with the Austrian caterer DO & CO - has created a Turkish-cuisine inspired menu including homemade pasta and dumplings - along with main courses including Adana kebab cooked over charcoal, grilled fish, and a host of regional appetisers.
A third main course option is being offered during breakfast service with pancakes, crepes, and French toast now on the menu.
Business Class guests are also offered a variety of homemade non-alcoholic cocktails - mocktails - and detox drinks made from healthy ingredients.
