The 162 metre high tower, which opens next summer, will see up to 200 guests board an 18 metre wide glass viewing pod that will take them on a ‘flight’ to 138 metres, where they can take in 360 degree views of Brighton and the Sussex coastline.

British Airways staff celebrate the naming of the i360 The i360, which will be visible from passenger flights approaching and departing Gatwick, will also feature a sky bar and a beachfront building that will house a 400-cover brasserie, cafe, exhibition and gift shop. British Airways i360 on Brighton seafront Brighton is the most visited destination in the South East outside London, attracting 11 million visitors and more than one million international holiday-makers every year. A ‘flight’ on British Airways i360 will take 20 minutes (30 minutes in the evening) and cost £15 for adults, £7.50 for children (under 16).
