British Airways launches route to Billund, Denmark

British Airways has announced a new route between London Heathrow and Billund Airport in Denmark. 

From May 3, 2016, BA will fly 11-times weekly to Denmark’s second largest airport from its hub at London Heathrow’s Terminal 5. The Airbus A319 aircraft will be deployed on the route, which offers connections to and from North America. Flights BA804/805 will operate daily, while flights BA806/807 will operate on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Fight BA804 will depart Heathrow at 07.45, arriving in Billund at 10.25. In the opposite direction, flight BA805 will take off from Billund at 11.25, arriving in London at 12.10. Flight BA806 will depart from London Heathrow at 15.15, with arrival in Billund at 17.55. In the opposite direction, flight BA807 will leave Billund at 18.40, landing at Heathrow at 19.25. Billund is a popular destination for both business and leisure travellers, and is the home of LEGOLAND, Denmark’s most famous amusement park. BA currently offer services to Billund from London City Airport and Manchester Airport via its subsidiary Sun-Air. Ryanair also operate a service to Billund from London Stansted.
