Carlson Rezidor opens new hotel in Cape Town

Park Inn by Radisson Cape Town Newlands is the name of the new hotel in the popular city of Cape Town, and is the hotel group's seventh hotel in South Africa. The hotel is located at the foot of Table Mountain and offers 122 rooms. In addition, there is wireless internet, a self-service kiosk for snacks, and a gym. There is also a "live-inn room” consisting of a modern bar, an all-day restaurant, RBG Bar & Grill, and an outdoor pool. - The thinking behind the design is to draw worker bees out of their rooms and into communal spaces, says Clinton Thom, General Manager. For meetings and conferences there is a business center, as well as a conference room of 125 square metres which can be split into two separate conference rooms. The hotel is within walking distance of the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) as well as the shopping and entertainment area around ​​the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.
