Carlson Rezidor to open first hotel in Slovenia
In late 2015, Carlson Rezidor will open its first hotel in Slovenia. The property is an existing hotel that will be converted and re-branded as Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Ljubljana. Slovenia becomes the 79th country Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group is present in.
Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel is located approximately 3km from Ljubljana city centre, in what is called BTC City, an established Slovenian business, shopping and entertainment area. The hotel has 236 rooms, all with free high speed internet access. The hotel also houses a restaurant open throughout the day, a lobby bar, a top-floor bar, three meeting rooms, an events hall and a gym. The hotel also has its own parking.
