On May 9th, Cathay Pacific opened its new First and Business Lounge in Terminal 3 at Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport. The lounge is located on the 4th floor, near gate 114, and has a Sudioilse design, the same design used in the lounge at Haneda Airport in Tokyo. The lounge is a total of 650 square metres in size, nearly twice as large as the old lounge in Terminal 1. The lounge has seating for a total of 135 passengers. A major focus has been on food and drink, and you can now find Cathay Pacific's "The Noodle Bar" in Manila offering a variety of noodle dishes cooked to order while you wait. Authentic Filipino breakfast is also on offer until 11 o'clock in the morning. At the manned bar one can order tapas, desserts and a variety of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, including cocktails. In the lounge there are also three work stations with iMacs and printers, and free WiFi is available throughout the lounge.
