Emirates adds A380 to Washington, D.C.

Emirates this week introduced its flagship Airbus A380 on its daily service between Dubai and Washington, D.C.

The A380 has replaced Boeing 777-300ER previously used on this route, and will bring the total number of global destinations served by Emirates’ A380 to 37.

Emirates A380 in Washington, D.C. The schedule for the daily service will remain unchanged - flight EK231 departs Dubai at 2.20 daily, arriving in Washington, D.C. at 8.15. In the opposite direction, flight EK232 departs Washington, D.C.  at 10.15, arriving in Dubai at 8.00 the following day. The aircraft upgauge means First and Business Class passengers on the Washington route can make use of Emirates’ complimentary Chauffeur-drive service, as well as enjoying access to Emirates’ exclusive lounge in Dubai. Emirates’ A380 also offers lie-flat seats in Business Class, private suites for its First Class passengers, an exclusive onboard lounge, and onboard showers.
