Hilton Hotels & Resorts has announced the official opening of the Hilton Bournemouth, Hilton’s 67th property in the UK.

Located on Upper Terrace Road, Bournemouth, the 172-room hotel offers "a classic design and quirky innovations," according to a press release. The hotel is situated within the same development as the Hampton by Hilton Bournemouth, which opened earlier this year, and offers 15 exclusive residential apartments, eight meeting spaces and a 350-guest ballroom. Schpoons & Forx restaurant offers guests British cuisine with a contemporary twist, whilst Bournemouth’s highest bar, LEVEL8IGHT The Sky Bar, offers cocktails and enjoying views of the Bournemouth coast line. The hotel is also home to one of the UK’s first eforea spas, with four treatment rooms, a 20 metre indoor pool, sauna, salon and a 24-hour gym. “With miles of beaches and buzzing nightlife, Bournemouth was a natural fit for Hilton Hotels & Resorts to bring its brand of hospitality and continue its expansion in the UK. This property incorporates cutting edge design with all the Hilton touches our guests identify with. Our collaboration with THAT Group and the opportunity to incorporate Ray Kelvin’s design expertise has created a posh getaway for travelers to create memorable experiences,” said Rob Palleschi, global head, full service brands, Hilton Worldwide. Hilton Bournemouth is less than eight miles from Bournemouth Airport, and is also within easy reach of the town centre.
