Japan Airlines opens newly renovated lounge in Bangkok

The new lounge aims to create “a relaxed and comfortable environment”, according to a press release from the airline.

For many visitors, showers are one of the most important when making a lounge visit. With this is mind, when renovating the lounge, Japan Airlines made sure to install three showers suites for guests, compared with one in the previous lounge.

The lounge's restaurant serves food from NIPPON-TEI, a long-established Japanese restaurant with six branches Thailand, including one popular establishment in Bangkok.

The selection of food is also now much more extensive than before, and after a meal you can sit down to work at one of the new workstations or relax with a drink in one of the comfortable chairs - both of which offer an adjacent power socket and USB port for convenient charging of devices. There is also a new smoking area.
