New benefits of SAS EuroBonus Diamond

SAS introduced two new benefits for members of SAS EuroBonus at Diamond Level. Diamond Members can now drink for free on board SAS flights, even in economy class (SAS Go). They will also get access to a lounge on arrival, regardless of cabin class and departure airport.

on board include soft drinks, juices and alcoholic beverages. SAS Go within Europe previously offered only coffee and tea. The benefits also apply to a companion or up to four family members. On domestic flights, however, alcoholic beverages are excluded for legal reasons. To take advantage of the benefit you must show present your Diamond Card prior to service. Soon it will also be possible for the cabin crew to see for themselves on the passenger list which passengers have a Diamond Card. The other benefit is that Diamond members now have access to SAS lounges in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo on arrival from a SAS, one of SAS’ partners, Star Alliance or codeshare flight, and it also applies to the arrival of European flights, regardless of cabin class. The benefit also applies to a companion or close family. This benefit does not apply on arrival from domestic flights.
