Rove Hotels has announced it will open a new property in Dubai - Rove At The Park.

The new hotel will be situated adjacent to Dubai Parks and Resorts - the region’s largest integrated theme park, set to open this year in Jebel Ali. It will be located off Sheikh Zayed Road, close to Palm Jebel Ali and midway between Dubai and Abu Dhabi International Airports. The new 458-room Rove At The Park will feature a spaciously designed lobby and lounge, and elegantly designed rooms - starting at 26 sqm and featuring a 42 inch TV screen complete with media hub, designer mattresses and a modern bathroom. About 30 per cent of the rooms will be interconnected in order to cater to families. Other facilities will include a business centre, 24-hour gym, pool, sun deck, self-service laundromat and a 24-hour convenience store. The huge Dubai Parks and Resorts, set to open in October, will comprise of three separate theme parks: motiongate Dubai, a Hollywood movie inspired theme park; LEGOLAND Dubai, the first LEGOLAND theme park in the Middle East; and Bollywood Parks Dubai, a Bollywood-inspired park. In addition, LEGOLAND Water Park will become the region’s first water park.

Rendering of Rove At The Park Rove Hotels - a joint venture between global property developer Emaar Properties and Meraas - was launched in January last year and aims to provide Dubai with “modern, cosmopolitan, smart and cultural” mid-market lifestyle hotels, with 10 properties planned to open across the region before 2020.
