Singapore-based SilverNeedle Hospitality has announced it will debut is upmarket Sage brand in Brisbane.
The Sage Hotel James Street, Fortitude Valley, will offer 93 rooms, a coffee shop, restaurant and a boutique wine cellar on the ground floor. The new-build hotel will be four storeys high and provide free Wi-Fi. “We are delighted to be working in partnership to deliver a brand new Sage Hotel to Brisbane. This will provide business and leisure travellers with convenient accommodation at Fortitude Valley. The project will be delivered in collaboration with Pacifica and appointed builders Hutchinson Builders, the same builders who were appointed for our sister brand, NEXT hotel on Queen Street Mall in Brisbane.” said Tushar Raniga, SilverNeedle Hospitality Group Area Vice-President of Business Development. The hotel will be adjoined to the iconic Queens Arms pub, which will be given an extensive renovation before the hotel opens towards the end of 2017. Sage Hotel James Street, Fortitude Valley will join other Sage Hotels in Adelaide and Wollongong.
