Singapore Airlines Introduces Free Wifi For Its Premium Passengers

Singapore Airlines is now offering free inflight Wifi to all of its premium passengers, as well as its members of its PPS Club for frequent flyers.

Unlimited inflight Wifi will be available on all aircraft that have been fitted with the technology - including its flagship Airbus A380s, Boeing 777-300ER jets, and the newer Airbus A350s.

It’s not all as wonderful as it sounds, however, as the airlines have capped the amount of data that can be used. For First Class passengers, a limit of 100MB has been set, while Business Class flyers get a measly “up to 30MB”. The exact allowance will vary according to the type of aircraft, the airline said.

Passengers can use the free Wifi by entering their details into the Complimentary Access section of the inflight Internet portal.
