St Regis opens in Mumbai

The St. Regis Mumbai is located in Lower Parel, a major business district in the city. The hotel is in India’s tallest hotel tower and offers panoramic views of Mumbai. The 395-room hotel includes 27 suites, including the 3,100 square foot presidential suite, and 39 residential suites for extended stays.

St. Regis Mumbai Presidential Suite The hotel features St Regis’ signature butler service, providing guests with round-the-clock assistance. Additionally, nine restaurants, bars and nightclubs are housed in the hotel. The opening of The St. Regis Mumbai marks the debut of the brand’s luxurious Iridium Spa concept in the country. The hotel also offers a fitness centre, a 25-metre outdoor pool, a professional salon and more than 3,900 square metres of event space across two levels.

St. Regis Mumbai Starwood Hotels & Resorts is now looking to increase the brand's presence in India. Dilip Puri, Managing Director South Asia, Starwood Hotels & Resorts India, said, "We are certainly looking to expand the St Regis brand. We believe cities like Delhi, Bangalore and Goa will be ideal for a St Regis. We are actively pursuing opportunities but haven't signed contracts in any other city as yet."
