Før sommersesongen 2013 lanserer Air Baltic seks nye destinasjoner. De seks destinasjonene er Olbia (Sardinia, Italia), Rijeka (Kroatia), Praha (Tsjekkia), Larnaca (Kypros), Heviz Lake Balaton (Ungarn) og Malta.

I tillegg får man tilbake sommerdestinasjoner i Middelhavet, Kaspihavet og Svartehavet.
