Air France & KLM lanserer trådløst internett ombord

Air France og KLM annonserte i dag at de vil lansere trådløst internett ombord på sine langdistanseruter. De første flyene som vil bli utstyrt med trådløst internett er to 777-300 Boeing, et fly fra respektive flyselskap. Installasjonen er forventet ferdig i februar 2013, og da får passasjerene mulighet til å teste teknologien og gi tilbakemelding.

Internett-teknologien er utviklet av Panasonic Avionics.
