Brussels Airlines fornyer sin langdistanseflåte

I løpet av 2018 og 2019 skal Brussels Airlines fornye mesteparten av sin langdistanseflåte.

I alt er det snakk om 7 av 10 fly. Og det belgiske flyselskapet er lojale mot Airbus og skal fortsatt ha kun A330 i sin langdistanseflåte. Kabinen skal fornyes, og det vil bli en oppgradering av Business Class, Economy Privilege og Economy Class.

De syv flyene som skal byttes er i løpet av de neste årene på slutten av sin leasingperiode. De syv nye flyene er av typen Airbus A330-300, og det betyr da at de gamle A330-200 maskinene forsvinner og Brussels Airline får da kun en flytype i langdistanseflåten. Brussels Airlines har uttalt at de i nær fremtid skal slippe mer detaljer om hvordan de nye kabinene blir.
