Hotellet får 290 rom, kongressenter på 1800 m2, konferansesal med kapasitet til 1000 personer, restaurant, lobbybar og skybar. Hotellet ligger i historiske omgivelser ved Skarven, på tomta til det som en gang var verdens nordligste margarinfabrikk. Hotellet åpner 1. mai 2014
