Easyjet erbjuder gratis biljett om flyget är mer än 15 min försenat

Easyjets VD Carolyn McCall annonserade på en presskonferens i London att Easyjet kommer införa en punktlighetsgaranti för passagerare som reser på Flexi biljetter. Om ett flygplan landar mer än 15 minuter efter utsatt tidtabell får passageraren en gratisbiljett till valfri destination i Easyjets linjenät. Troligtvis kommer det finnas restriktioner på denna garanti såsom dåligt väder. Easyjet flyger idag bl.a. mellan Arlanda och Genève.
