93,84% av flygen avgick i tid i augusti 2011 vilket är företages bästa månad någonsin. SAS blir samtidigt bäst i kategorin "major airlines" i världen vilket inkluderar flygbolag med minst 30.000 avgångar per år. Inget annat flygbolag var i närheten av SAS resultat.
