The Belmond British Pullman

All Aboard For A Paddington Bear-Themed Afternoon Tea

The new film, a sequel to 2014’s Paddington, is to be released on 10th November. The Belmod’s afternoon tea journeys will launch on 2nd December 2017 and 16th February 2018, with the Belmond British Pullman being hauled from London Victoria Station by steam locomotive Tornado, which stars alongside the train in the movie.

The train, with its luxurious 1920s and 30s carriages, will then take families on a Paddington-inspired Afternoon Tea adventure.

Catering to both adults and children, the Afternoon Tea menu includes many sweet treats and, of course, marmalade sandwiches – Paddington Bear’s favourite snack. Paddington-inspired activities are also available onboard for families throughout the journey to fully immerse themselves in the world of Paddington.

Belmond British Pullman, one of Belmond’s eight luxury trains, travels from London Victoria Station throughout the year, offering unique day journeys to iconic locations across the country.

In addition, the train also hosts a series of pop-up culinary events with some of the country’s top celebrity chefs.

Prices start from £550, based on two adults and two children under 16 travelling together, on either 2nd December 2017 or 16th February 2018.
